51ST SEASON OPENING WEEKEND GALA
Join us for a two-day pre-season celebration! On Thursday, July 11, our Opening Weekend Gala Recital at St. Francis Auditorium in the New Mexico Museum of Art features two of the world’s greatest musicians: violinist Cho-Liang Lin and pianist Jon Kimura Parker.
Next, on Friday, July 12, our specially-themed Opening Weekend Gala Celebration features cocktails, unforgettable entertainment, and a gourmet dinner at La Fonda on the Plaza. Proceeds from the Gala support our summer concerts and year-round music education programs—Music in Our Schools, Strings in Our Schools, Guitar in Our Schools, the Dream Big Private Lesson Program, and the Summer Young People’s Concerts—which bring the joy of hands-on music-making to thousands of children and youth in Santa Fe and northern New Mexico.

Music Education Programs
Our programs provide enrichment for children, youth, and adults in New Mexico–including classroom training in strings and guitar, private lessons, and a Young Composers Project.
